Monolith emerged from the Design ni Dukaan as an exploration of interaction, curiosity, and evolving function within contemporary objects by Veeram Shah in collaboration with House of SOKO. Conceptualised by Kushal Vaghela and Sanyukta Joglekar, the piece challenges the idea of furniture as a singular utility, transforming instead into an immersive, tactile experience shaped through movement, touch, light, and discovery. Hidden compartments, shifting elements, rotating forms, mood lighting, and adaptable surfaces allow the object to continuously transform within a space. More than static furniture, Monolith exists as a living sculptural presence - responding, revealing, and evolving through human interaction.
