Solo Talks: Radical Futures

This session invites practitioners across disciplines to rethink how we might live, build, create, and experience the world in the future. Each speaker is invited to share a proposition: a forward-looking idea, system, space, experience, or cultural shift that reflects where they believe their discipline should evolve next. Across architecture, film, fashion, hospitality, art, and design, creative practices are constantly responding to changing human behaviours, environments, and cultural values. This session creates space to question current models, challenge assumptions, and imagine more meaningful, adaptive, and human-centred futures. Each proposition becomes a lens through which to examine not only what the future could look like, but what it should prioritise, preserve, and reimagine across disciplines.
