Jal–Thal–Aakash

The installation is envisioned as a spatial journey, where the entire environment is divided into three elemental zones — water, land, and sky. Jal (Water): The experience begins at the base, with objects appearing half-submerged, partially invisible, suggesting mystery, depth, and the unseen layers of life. Thal (Land): As the viewer rises to human height, familiar forms and daily objects come into view, reflecting our lived realities, material culture, and grounded existence. Aakash (Sky): The journey culminates overhead, where elements soar upward, evoking infinity, aspiration, and transcendence. This vertical progression creates a walkthrough experience — immersive, meditative, and layered. Every object, whether pottery, vessel or everyday utility, contributes to a greater rhythm, syncing with the others in harmony. The material itself, corrugated cardboard, reinforces the theme: fragile yet resilient, humble yet capable of monumental transformation. By using recycled cardboard to create an entire cosmos of elements, the installation speaks volumes about sustainability, renewal, and interconnectedness. Ultimately, Jal–Thal–Aakash is not just an artwork but an ecosystem of experience, reminding us of our intimate relationship with nature's elements and urging us to live in balance with them.
