Vernika Singh's balloon installations emerge from a continuing fascination with capturing the sense of movement into her works. From her sculptures inspired by dancers and gymnasts to the balloon installations everything depicts 'dynamism' in movement. Singh sees balloons as one would a dancing human figure.The balloons have so much energy and watching these fly could be so joyful; the way wind moves them in space talks so much about fluidity and movement.
